It depends on the hairstyles that you want to achieve and the hair textures. A straight hair bundle has less density than a wavy or curly textured bundle. You need to get more bundles if you want to get a fuller look with straight bundles.

One hair bundle is usually used for a partial sew-in. But we suggest you use at least 2-3 bundles to ensure more flexibility on hairstyles.

One hair bundle will be enough for a ponytail. You can wrap the bundle around the bun. But if you want your ponytail to look more volume, you need to use more bundles to help create the look.
