· Product from unice.com is valid for exchanging and returning within 30 days from the date you received all your item(s). Before you decide to exchange your wig(s), please choose the wigs you would like to exchange to.

· Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (Attention Please: If the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be considered as used condition)

· Free returns and exchanges have been implemented in The United States. If you want the prepaid shipping label please contact us (support@unice.com) first We'll be mailing you a prepaid shipping label once we confirm your return request.
