I absolutely love this hair and the quality and the customer service quality was on point! It definitely matches a 3B/3C texture! Stretches out beautifully after a co-wash and was easy to install. Little shedding and have gotten so many compliments..it looks very natural! I also appreciate when I was antsy about my order coming in before an event the seller was so patient and quick to get my order shipped out so I had it just in time and I really appreciate that!! I’m going to be buying more hair from them..it didn’t have any strong odor to the hair packaged like other vendors I had troubles with and had little issues with tangling. There’s sooo much hair! I only used 1 1/2 of the bundles for extra big fluffy hair but I still have plenty left over. I also appreciated how soft and shiny it was and still is. :)
