So soft and super fast shipping! The seller communicated throughout the whole process and even notified me about when my package was arriving, before FedEx lol. Like the other reviews, the wig came pre plucked and with baby hairs so I’ll bleach the knots just a little bit. The satin bag is so cute! I will post pics after my install
