the wig is absolutely amazing! first of all, the lady contacts you personally to see if you gotten the wig on time and ready (which is amazing to me because i love someone who stays on top for their products) and they were absolutely nice about it! my wig came in perfect condition and lashes! definitely buying again with no hesitation!

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging.
