Shipping was very fast and the seller is very communicative and fast acting! Install was a breeze as the unit was preplucked! Hair was super soft and bouncy. Little to almost no shedding either! I’d give it a 10/10 highly recommend!

I love this unit. It's soft minimal shedding. My only issue it that they were out of the 18" unit i paid for, and I was not informed that it was out of stock until I reached out to the seller before I had an update to the shipping delay. Anyways, they were helpful. I had to pay the difference for a new length and it was shipped immediately and I got my hair. Anyways that will not stop me from ordering again because I love Unice hair.
