this was a good purchase for me cause I love the old school roller set look. I had to mess with it a little for it to style and look the way I wanted it to, but other than that the hair is soft the curls are nice and curly. they aren't tight and their not loose. my shipment came real quick and the gifts that came with it I love.

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.
