How To Cancel a Order on UNice Hair

Step 1

Log in to my account > My order > Click “Return/Exchange” under the items you bought Or contact customer service;

Step 2

Choose the RMA type: Refund / Refund and Return / Exchange. The return address will be shown on the return and refund RMA;

Step 3

Fill information in the RMA, submit the Return & Refund Request, and then there will be customer service to contact you to confirm the RMA info within 1 working day.

Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and gifts) securely and send your package to the return address. Make sure you get a receipt and tracking number for tracking your parcel online.

Step 5

Lastly, wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your returned package. It usually takes 3-5 working days.

Step 6

A refund will be made to you within 2 working days once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel.

1. The products the buyer submits the refund application are within the scope of the 30 days no reason to return and exchange service guarantee (except for Clearance, Hair Extension, and Accessories). And the products must be purchased from unice.com.

2. Buyers need to apply return within 30 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the products.

3. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team and you need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

4. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached to the original packaging. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products so please make sure the hair is intact and the lace has not been cut.

5. For partial refund requests, please contact customer service first, and send the items back to the address given by the customer service after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with the label no problem, the refund will be processed to the previous payment account.

6. Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products.

7. Please kindly send an email with your order number and returned shipping number that will be used for the purpose of processing the return after the package is shipped out.

8. UNice Hair just undertakes all the return shipping fees from the US. For the other countries, taxes and shipping fees generated from returning will be paid by the buyer, the final refund amount will be the order price misused our receiving cost like tax and processing fee, etc.

9. If the products are damaged by artificial reasons, the products cannot be returned or exchanged, eg: cut the lace, the hair has been washed/dyed/bleached...
