Overall the hair was okay and free gifts were nice. Communication was okay. The shipping/process was kind of irritating. So, I order the straight wig. I noticed after a week it was still processing, so I was gonna wait one more day for it to be shipped. THEN they messaged me saying sorry my hair was out of stock, and to choose a different hair and they’ll differentiate the price. I was already irritated because they said it would have to be ordered and customized from China. Which initially I would have had no problem with, but why did it take you 5 days to figure it out. Mind you my birthday in this month, so I was now wondering how long it would take to get my hair. They offered me a different hair style, body wave. I said if I can’t get my hair by my bday just refund me now please. So, they said they’d ship it right away. A day later was when it was shipped and a week later I got my hair. They hair is nice and soft, but my review on THIS straight hair isn’t accurate because they gave me a differ style/type of hair than I initially order, idk if I’ll order again unless there’s like a REALLY good deal/discount going on. Nice & bouncy quality
