Despite the virus shipping was fast . I beleive it came within a good 5 day time . Communication was great . Upon purchase I had the chance to quickly correct my mailing address deselecting my university address to my home address. I did co-wash the hair . The lace is transparent , I went ahead and used concealer to match to my shade which worked out really good .The hair came prep-plucked and matched a realistic hairline . I'll definitely be buying my hair from this vendor
