I received my bundles and frontal, and when I opened the packaging it was super soft ! My frontal was a 5x5 closure and it gave off almost like a whole separate wig! Shipping was fast, still have hair till this day.. ordering more for my bday this year!

I absolutely luv unice bundles. The hair is soft with minimal shedding. My only con is I’ve ordered with them before and ship via DHL which usually takes 3-4 days to get to Canada and this time they used FEDEX which takes 4-6 days. Other than everything is great!

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging.
