First off let me start by saying this is really soft hair! The hair is absolutely true to length and the color is spot on. You get exactly what you see. The seller also were kind and kept me updated on every part of the way (when my order was processed, shipped, etc). And my hair came a week faster that what was estimated. Also it can with stand high direct heat. 10/10 would buy from this seller again.
