First I have to say gorgeous wig, soft, doesn’t smell, healthy, hold curls and come with adjustable band. I love everything that came with it. Mother’s Day gift for me! I do have to say the wig is too BIG. The strap adjustment helps but I have about 1in 1/2 of room. Above the ear there is no shape for the ear. I’m not going to cut it. Definitely new wig wearer ready. Stays well with combs. Overall it above- mid

    All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.
