The hair can be straighten. It is best to always use a heat protection product before applying heat to the hair. Just like our own hair, the less heat you use the better.

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
