The wig came pretty fast, I was impressed. The hair is soft, I used mousse. Pre plucked helped me a lot. This was my first ever wig, and my first time ever installing a wig. It is very pretty but different. Great communication, and helped me along the way. I would but this item again but longer. It was the right kind of thickness as well.
