So let mw start by saying I didnt get THIS wig, I purchased it for my birthday but this particular wig wouldnt get to me in time so I contacted support and they arranged for basically the same wig to be sent from the USA so id get it in time. The wig I received was an hd closure but its not precut, 14in but the ends are thin but it does say 150% density, the hair is very soft though. Nothing to say on tangling or shedding but there is slight smell not a bad one. All in all so far so good for the price.
