I’ve ordered multiple times and I have never been disappointed until now. I ordered 1x22 and 2x24, but that is clearly what I didn’t receive. I am unable to return as I have an appointment already scheduled for my vacation. It has a smell, but I always wash may hair so that isn’t an issue.

Love this hair! Got it installed and it wasn’t matching my natural texture so I decided to do a braid out & wet the ends. Still super cute! Make sure to do a bundle detox because it had a lot of red and brown residue in it water i detoxed them.

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging.
