I placed my order on a Saturday so I naturally expected it to take awhile to be shipped. However after a full week it wasn't even processed. Then I randomly got a text message from them saying "sorry dear your wig is out of stock." I ordered 2 wigs and they didn't even specify which they were talking about. Si I decided to request the order be canceled and a full refund issued. The shady number replied that they informed "the team" to refund me and I would get my funds back in 48 hrs. Then a couple hours later, I kid you not, they text back saying, "so glad your wig is back in stock, shall we ship it today?" Like wtf? Then they sent an email saying "sorry dear the wig is out of stock, how about just refund one, okay." What in the entire actual fuck???? This is shady af please be weary when spending here. I am still trying to get my money back and just to clarify the website tells you when a wig is out of stock, so I made triple sure that I only ordered wigs that were in stock, so this tells me they don't have accurate information on the website and in order to get my money they were willing to lie to me and send me anything. Very poor business practices. They have permanently lost my business.

    All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.
