Straight out the pack with only light brushing with a paddle brush. Soft and curls are on point. Has a bit of a perfume smell but will be washing and tightening up the curls. Lightweight and easy to style. Took a week to get it but due to delays. My third unit and will be purchasing more.

    All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

    Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging.
