I love the hair super soft, I actually bleached it & it came out Great, I brushed it out & I then looked frizzy, once water is applied it’s goes back to it’s bouncy curl. Definitely recommend. Btw looks maaad natural.

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
